First of all, he is the rare contractor/workman who communicates and shows up when he says he will, often confirming the night before or calling when he’s on his way. We greatly appreciate his reliability. Over the years, Bob has done such a variety of projects for us that I can’t enumerate them all; but in the past year he has done painting, roof repair, carpentry, power washing, gutter cleaning and more. Bob is very knowledgeable about materials, tools and processes. No matter what the project is, Bob always seems to have the right tools for the job.
