"Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. The new roof, gutters & downspouts really look beautiful. We loved our experience with Home Genius Exteriors, especially working with both Ralph & Rich. They were so professional & knowledgeable. "Kelvin and his crew are amazing! Kelvin came out for the estimate, and I liked him so much that I hired him on the spot, which I never do! He and Miguel were out the next day to power wash my house and screened porch. My house and porch have never looked cleaner! The following day the painting crew arrived bright and early to get started with painting the ceiling and the exterior of the porch. The day after that, Miguel and crew were back to paint the trim, stain the interior of the porch and do some light repairs that were needed. Kelvin, Miguel and the rest of the crew are polite, friendly, hardworking and do a great job! He went over to reevaluate how the project could be done to accommodate what we needed. With every change or need between us or them, communication was done.
