He figured out an ingenious way to hoist the heavy door to the second floor, and very skillfully and quickly adjusted the frame to fit the door, and affixed the heavy-duty hinges. And for the first-floor door, he figured out a way to repair the existing frame (rather than replace it), thereby saving me hundreds of dollars. All the work was done to a very high standard by a skilled professional who worked quickly and efficiently. And the price-tag for all this was remarkably low -- only a third the price I'd been quoted by another local handyman firm. I am delighted to have discovered Bryan, and look forward to calling him the next time I need help with a home repair."

I dealt with many contractors over the years as an attorney in the construction field and this was one of the best that I ever dealt with. Everything that I was told about the job was absolutely spot on from costs to time of completion. Also, the personal service by the contractor was unique. He was there every day that work was being done and would not accept anything but quality workmanship from his workers. Since I was not exactly sure of what design combinations I wanted, he took me to the material supplier to get a better idea of what was possible. I would use this contractor again and recommend him to about that I know."

"Exactly as expected. Gregory repaired both siding and gutter. After a heavy rain, the gutter repair has solved the problem. The trim repair matches well (white). This was a small job and I was pleased to have Gregory work it into his schedule. Both repairs required a 40' ladder as they were about 2 1/2 to 3 stories up. Given the work required and the height, I thought it was a fair price."
