He figured out an ingenious way to hoist the heavy door to the second floor, and very skillfully and quickly adjusted the frame to fit the door, and affixed the heavy-duty hinges. And for the first-floor door, he figured out a way to repair the existing frame (rather than replace it), thereby saving me hundreds of dollars. All the work was done to a very high standard by a skilled professional who worked quickly and efficiently. And the price-tag for all this was remarkably low -- only a third the price I'd been quoted by another local handyman firm. "I contacted Robert S. to discuss a water leak from our master bath through our kitchen ceiling, which we have been dealing with for about 3 years in our 5 year old new construction home. He patiently listened to the history of this leak issue and how we have had the shower caulked multiple times and the caulk continually cracks. We were resigned to the idea that we would need to tear out our entire shower to fix this. Robert was at our house with his plumber within days, diagnosed the issue which did not entail ripping out the shower.
