"Len came to give us an estimate on a Saturday, right before a Badger game. He was a very pleasant man, with a cheery story or two to tell. There was no pressure in the sales, but we quickly agreed to be put on the schedule. Len recommended the paint brand to get to help our colors stand out more. The crew arrived on our street by 6:35, but waited until 7:00, as promised to take over our house. They did an absolutely fantastic job and were meticulous in their work. Within 1/2 hour of their arrival they had the entire area COVERED in drop cloths. They patched what needed to be patched beautifully while others were busy trimming and painting. I failed to ask Len to paint our utility room and when I mentioned it, Len said he had planned on painting it anyway, as the job would look incomplete if they didn't. They were finished and gone by the time I returned at 3:30 in the afternoon. I found no drips or drops of any sort. I can't wait to have them back for the rest of the house."

"Jhonathan and his assistant Juan showed up on time and got right to work. I am pleased with the tree trimming done and the broken, hanging branches that were removed. They took extra care not to drop heavy branches that could damage my deck or fence. I feel I was charged a fair price and will have them back to do some additional work when needed."

"Scott came out to our house a couple of times to dial in exactly what we wanted. We went with Watry because they were the only certified James Hardie certified installer in the area.   Our house is barn style house and over 5000 square feet with some unique angles, so we wanted the best.  We signed the contract, gave him the deposit and Scott ordered the material.  When the materials arrived they came out and ripped off the existing siding and gutters and wrapped the house in insulation.  We ran into some weather problems which caused some delays, but not too bad.  He had a great crew come out and put up the new siding.  You could really tell they knew what they were doing.   With the weather delays the entire project took about a month, a little longer than planned, but they kept us informed every step.  Scott and his team do a great job."

"On June 3, 2019 I filled out the application on Angie's list for a gutter repair. I did have a couple of call backs but the companies that called back did not service a 3 story condo building. Then Springrock called. I spoke with Rochelle who was very helpful and set me up with an appointment with Juan Camacho to come out to our building for an estimate. Juan came out within 2 days and gave us the estimate and had us pick out colors. The approx. wait time for the installation was 2 weeks and right on time the workers came to install the new gutters. Thank you Juan, Rochelle and the workers for a great job. We had a 1st major rain storm last night and the gutters did their job! I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to replace or repair their gutters. Springrock's gutters are durable, affordable and the employees are great to deal with. "We got a quote from another company (Renovations Group Inc.) and JD Griffiths were $15,000 cheaper. They got to work right away and stayed on schedule till the end. The 2 carpenters that did all the building were super nice, and pleasant to deal with. This does not mean everything went perfect, but anything that was wrong was fixed immediately and with out complaint. They had forgotten to put the soffit vents in, but when asked about it, one of the carpenters came over on a Saturday to put them in. We ended up grilling out with him and his daughter. The garage door also was installed with the wrong hardware. It was supposed to be magnetic, but it was screwed in. The next week they replaced the door. We understand on a big project things are missed and mistakes are made. It is the service on how these problems are fixed that makes a great contractor. The service was top notch and much appreciated. We will hire them to rebuild our shed next."
