The building is over 100 years old, so there were some challenges with plumbing, framing, and leveling, but Top Bros didn't shy away from any of them. They tackled each challenge head on and transformed our bathrooms, ensuring that everything was done correctly. They were friendly, easy to work with and the final products turned out amazing. I would highly recommend working with them."

"The project was a major success. We had gotten quotes from several contractors for this project. High Quality Contracting (Nick Wegner) had a competitive price and was the only contractor we felt comfortable with even though he wasn't the lowest price. We have a 1 year old toddler in the house and we wanted the project to go as quickly and smoothly as possible to minimize disruption for our little girl. We felt Nick was the best guy to do this. We were right and we are very thankful we paid slightly more to use his services. I'm confident if we had gone with one of the other bids the project would have been a nightmare.
Nick is somewhat unique as he is not just a sales guy. He is a construction guy that has intimate knowledge of all aspects of building/remodeling. Our bid experience with him was very different than with other companies. He came in wearing construction clothes from a job site where they were lifting an entire house up one level. It was obvious he knew exactly what he was talking about. He was able to make some very helpful design suggestions for our project.  
Nick is the nicest, most responsive contractor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have done over a dozen significant projects (>$5,000) on multiple different properties with various contractors and had many bad experiences with responsiveness, professionalism, and price. Nick is the only contractor I've met that provides a high quality service at a reasonable price. He's not looking to gouge you. He truly loves what he does and wants to provide a job he is proud of for a fair price. He's one of the most honest, caring contractors I've met.
Our basement remodel finished on schedule and on budget (aside from a few small changes we ordered during construction). It's even nicer than we had anticipated. We've gotten compliments from many people including the city inspector that looks at jobs like this every day for a living. We got a very high quality project for a good price.

They were quick to respond to provide a free quote, honest about their capabilities for the services needed, and provided a fair price in a timely manner. "LEN IS A NICE GUY AND IS RESPONSIVE. COLORS PICKED WERE FROM B. MOORE PAINTS BUT HE SUGGESTED SHERWIN-WILLIAMS TO SAVE MONEY. WE LEFT THE CREW IN OUR HOUSE WHILE AT WORK FOR 2 DAYS AND FELT COMFORTABLE SINCE LEN SUPERVISES THE WORK. THEIR KEY IS THAT THEY RESPOND QUICKLY AND GET IN AND OUT WITHOUT LEAVING A MESS AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO MOVE ANY FURNITURE. ONLY SUGGESTION TO CUSTOMERS IS TO BE SPECIFIC WITH LEN ABOUT WHAT YOU WANT DONE SINCE THERE WAS SLIGHT CONFUSION ABOUT THE WALLPAPER REMOVAL BUT THEY TOOK CARE OF IT. WE WOULD HAVE PREFERRED THAT THEY MATCH THE SAND FINISH IN MASTER BATHROOM WITH BEDROOM BUT CAN'T BLAME THEM SINCE, AGAIN, WE DIDN'T SPECIFY THAT. EDGES BETWEEN WALL AND CEILING WERE AT TIMES UNEVEN BUT MAYBE WE'RE JUST PICKY. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN BUT WOULD BE MORE SPECIFIC ABOUT WHAT I WANT DONE."

"These guys are awesome! Very, very fast response, when I finally made up my mind to do it, they were there the next day. Cut down a pretty good size tree that was up in the power lines and cleared an adjacent area off those small trees that grow from the helicopter seeds and some weeds and tall grasses, and all within about 2.5 hours...including cleanup!
