When pipe repair was completed, a freeze damaged cartridge in the shower was discovered, causing a leak, overloading my septic tank. I was informed by John, that the part had been ordered and should arrive in about five days. When I heard nothing further, I began calling. After numerous calls, receiving assurance the repair would be completed, and a note to the company web page, that was not answered, there is still no repair to the leaking shower. Other than the unfixed leak, all was good and timely. UPDATE 7/9/21.. leak has now been repaired by another plumbing company."

"The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."
