"It went great and I left Harmond and Neli a great review on the chat survey that I wish I had copied to past here as I wrote everything I felt about the Tech and the company and it was all good. I will be using the Neli services again when any of my appliances need attention / repair. Thank You Neli."

"A very good experience. After talking to Steve, the company owner, explaining my wine refrigerator issue, he was at my house within the hour & had the repair done in 30 minutes! Awesome job performed by the Marine veteran who served our country. Would definitely use again!"

"They were able the come on the next business day after I called. The tech ended out replacing the igniter in my old gas oven. They did not check the voltage which I had read was something that would confirm an igniter issue. The tech said he could tell by looking that the as it was lighting up that the igniter was the problem. Eitherway, the replacement took care of the problem.

The reason I gave a B in price is that even with the Angie's List $10 coupon the cost was about $15 higher than the other companies I called for estimates for this particular repair. "

"This is our second call with them. Answer first ring, schedule immediately. Service call is waived when service is performed."

"Amazing, very informative and helpful to set up my appliances"

"The technician was punctual and knowledgeable. Alamo appliance repair services is an excellent service for appliances. He did not leave until he had resolved the issue which did not take long."
