"When I contacted Austin StoneScapes I was informed that they had about a 6 week backlog of work under contract but would be happy to have Rolando Balli come out and work up an estimate. We established a time for an appointment and Rolando was on time and extremely helpful in working up a design within our budget. We agreed to have Austin Stonescapes do our project and 4 weeks after our initial contact, their office staff called and said that they were still on schedule and expect to start our project as we had agreed. 1 week later they call back and arranged to have the stone delivered to the site prior to the project start. The stone was delivered on schedule and Rolando and his stonemasons arrived to begin the project exactly 6 weeks after I first contacted them. AMAZING! The stonemasons who worked on our project were artists at their craft and also highly professional. The work was completed in the time that they had estimated and they kept the worksite clean and tidy. Rolando visited the site often to insure our satisfaction and to provide supervision to the crew. Rolando was there with his crew chief for the final inspection. Because he had been so involved during the installation, no corrections were needed. The quality of the worked performed by Austin StoneScapes was excellent and my wife and I are extremely please with the results. I would highly recommend this company for stonework and plan on having them back in early 2016 to install stone on an existing patio and front porch. <br />"

"We have used Garcia Lawn and Tree Service for several years.  Initially, he was just a young man with a lawn mower, but we were very impressed with his work.  He now has a full blown lawn and tree service and we have never been unhappy with his work.  He comes every two weeks during the growing season and is very dependable, pleasant and polite.  Without our asking, he has trimmed tree limbs leaning over our house we were not aware were ready to fall. In other words, he sees what needs to be done and does it without our asking.  Our lawn always looks nice when he finishes his work. <br />"

"Listen to me: Hire Rusty Crain Concrete & Excavation for any concrete work and/or landscaping you need for your home or business. I was building a pool in my backyard earlier this year (February 2021), and after the pool was put in place, I had to wait for my pool builder’s concrete crew to secure the concrete and have availability to pour the concrete decking. Fast-forward to July, and there was still no movement on completing the project. Rusty and his crew then stepped in and were pouring concrete within a week of contacting him. My backyard was a fiberglass pool surrounded by a huge gravel pit before Rusty got involved – and as I write this in late October of 2021, it still may have been without Rusty’s connections and expertise. Pictures of the before-and-after are attached to this review. I cannot say enough good things about Rusty and the people who work for him (Alonzo and Alfredo are unbelievable and INCREDIBLY good at what they do). They framed and poured my pool deck – and broke down the forms – all in 1 day. It looks so good! While they were finishing up on the concrete, I asked Rusty if he could recommend any good landscaper to help turn the rest of my yard into a livable space – and he said, “Yeah… ME.” So, we talked over the vision I had for my backyard, and he came back a little while after the deck was finished to take measurements and sketch out a plan. When I tell you that the completed project was EXACTLY as I envisioned it in my head, I’m being 100% honest. He truly is a magician with a concrete wand. Here’s the deal: We all are apprehensive about having contract work done on our home or business. It’s nerve-wracking and we don’t want to get ripped-off on a job – especially if it turns out we don’t like it. Rusty is not the cheapest guy out there, and for good reason. He will explain every detail, be there at the site every single day, be able to change things on the fly to make sure you’re totally happy, and he’ll come back and check on the completed job as often as you’d like until you’re comfortable or just have any questions about how things turned out. I honestly could not be happier with the work he did for me. There’s not a tangible price I can put on peace of mind. Just to put a tidy little bow on this review about Rusty Crain: his wife is a literal competitive body builder; his oldest son is a veteran and served as an active-duty Marine; his other son was an undersized middle-linebacker in high school who set the school record for total tackles in a single game his Senior year. He and his entire family do not know the definition of “half-a**” or “just good enough”. The attitude, dedication, and pride he puts into his work is the “fine print” in his deals – and that’s WAY more important than the sticker price. "I will be very brief. The technician came to the house at the appointed time and quickly went to work using proprietary pest control products within the home. Some areas, such as under cabinets, are hard to reach, but the technician found the gaps to insert pest control products. We had been experiencing a large number of spiders outside the house with a few inside. We also saw a few cockroaches of various sizes. Since the treatment, I have seen very few of each. There was one roach in the garage area and I saw a few right after treatment which appeared to be incapacitated by the treatment.  <br /> The technician also inspected and repositioned the termite monitors since I had done some landscaping work recently.  We previously had ABC perform termite treatment on our new home (under construction) as some activity was detected during the framing stage.  Had the builder fulfilled my request for Termimesh (also offered by this same company), we would not have had to do that.  However, I'm confident that the risk of termites is greatly diminished.  They are active in my neighborhood and throughout many parts of Texas.  <br /> After several experiences with ABC, I have been very satisfied with their work, including handyman services.  They are prompt and efficient and often go above what is expected of them.  <br />"
