We spent thousands of dollars on these French doors. Lance, the gentleman we worked with at the Front Door Company on Burnet, said he would replace the faulty doors. However, he has since changed his mind and instead sent over a repair man to rig them to the best of his best ability. Not only that, but in the time it took Lance to decide not to stand by his word, the doors were left unprimed and open to the elements during several rainy days. Unfortunately, I broke my ankle and we have neither the hearts nor the time to deal with this company anymore. It sounds like they get many things right, but when they get it wrong, boy do they get it wrong!"
