"The technicians that did the actual work did a great job but the tech that did the paperwork and his supervisor whose names are both Tyler are very dishonest. I would not recommend this company to anyone. First off they tried to charge me $17,000 for a furnace and water heater and the removal of a second basement furnace which included the duct work and duct cleaning. When I asked about the cost being so high and I had an estimate from another company for $7417 for an efficiency furnace which included the duct work the supervisor Tyler tried to make it an issue of me having the money to pay. No the issue is why are you charging double what another company is charging. So I took the removal of the second furnace off the estimate and the price dropped to rounded off to $11,000. So I went with this company for the installation of the furnace and water heater. When I called today to let them know my kitchen duct had not been cleaned, which was full of garbage due to no vent cap being on I"

Over the past few months, Adams Electric has failed to complete electrical work that was promised, left my home in disarray, and charged outrageous fees for unresolved issues—including a $540 bill for a toilet that still doesn’t work after three visits. I personally went to their office in tears, asking for help, and my concerns were completely ignored. I have sent multiple requests for resolution, yet I have received no accountability or action from their leadership. As a company that claims to be faith-based and community-driven, their lack of integrity is deeply disappointing. I will be pursuing every possible avenue to get the resolution I deserve, including reporting them to consumer protection agencies and escalating this issue publicly if needed. The mission of His Workmanship is to glorify God by displaying the gospel through speedy communication and quick scheduling. We are an online booking agency which facilitates the provision of labor services by matching Christian college providers with homeowners.

"I would not recommend this company. The crew arrived late, did not work efficiently, and left an hour early. There was also a lot of time spent walking around without actually working. My project specifically involved large weed removal, which was agreed upon in advance. However, partway through the job, I was told they couldn't complete that portion because there wasn’t room in the trailer—despite there being available space in both the trailer and the back of the truck, especially if tarps had been used. Instead, the team shifted to removing small weeds (which I didn’t need), stating they had to fill the 8 hours per Eric, the owner. Our contract clearly outlined 8 hours of labor, and the $250 trailer fee for removal was supposed to be separate from that work time. Despite this, the crew left early, saying they needed time to drop off the trailer. I reached out to Eric three times and requested that the team return to complete the job as agreed or to issue a partial refund. He has not responded. (Ironically, he was very responsive when securing the job—something echoed in other reviews.)"
