It did not show up until 6 pm that evening so the old siding was on my grass all day and killed some of it. After they were done, I checked everything and found they messed up my electrical, did not hook the exhaust hose back up when they installed a new vent. The project manager was not any help, so I had to call the owner. Eventually they got an electrician out to fix everything and I hooked the exhaust hose up myself and now everything is good but the fact that they said they were done and left things a mess if what bothered me. It took a couple weeks to fix, and it should have been done in 4 days. Most people probably don't check everything like I did so who knows if they did this to other homeowners."

"I hired Blade to redo our patio because it was leaking, he started the work, replaced the roof with aluminium, painted the existing frame of the patio the and tore out the old screen and installed Plexiglas plus installed a screen door, 2 months later the Plexiglas was cracking, I called Blade he told me he would call the manufacture, nobody called me so I called Blade again, he told me he was still waiting to hear from manufacture, so I called another pro to come out and look at patio enclosure and he told me the Plexiglas was not allowed to expand and contract, thus causing the cracking, Blade told me he would redo the Plexiglas almost a year ago, now every time I call he always has an excuse and my project is still not done and I have paid in full for the project"
