The job itself was slightly complex due to the way the trellis was attached to the side of the house and needed detail finishing work to the siding/soffit/eves to ensure a professional look and functional water and bug proofing. He also did some minor gutter repair work. Wes and his crew came in at the scheduled time, did the work as promised and also gave us an extremely good price. "The crew that came out was very professional and cleaned up after themselves. They only tore off a portion of the roof that could be replaced that day so we didn't have to worry about tarps. It took a few days but they were very careful and considerate of the house and landscaping. We had some issues with the roof looking like it was buckling in places and the owner was quick to come out and check it out. He said the shingles needed to settle in and heat up good before they will lay completely flat, I was skeptical about that answer but he said if they don't lay flat then they will tear it off and do it again. Sure enough, they did lay flat by the end of summer and everything looks fine now.
