"When we decided to finally upgrade our fence, we scoped out some of the fences in our neighborhood. One of the fences that stood out for its craftsmanship and beauty had a CLM Home Improvements sign on it. I contacted Carlos for a quote and he was responsive, professional, and polite. Carlos listened to our concerns, offered suggestions, and gave us a few options to choose from. We were concerned this process might take a while because we live on a corner and our fence required a permit. In fact, another fence company wouldn't even work with us because our project required a permit. Carlos kept us informed throughout the permit process, which was not as bad as we had anticipated. On installation day, Carlos and his team arrived promptly and removed our old, ugly chain link fence and installed a beautiful 6' wooden privacy fence. We couldn't be more thrilled with it! As far as pricing, CLM's price was the best -- in one case nearly $5K LOWER than what another company quoted us! "Very happy with Beiztell.  They provide a quote promptly after contact and stuck to it. They were in and out in one day to remove the old fence and replace with the hew fence.  When I arrived home I would never have known there were workers in my yard - they cleaned up so well, and didn't make a mess of the grass. The fence looks fabulous - time will tell if the wood wears well, but it is treated pine and looks good.The pool pump fence was a last minute addition to the job and they did a great job as they had to work around plumbing and electrical and slopes. "I called Brothers Service for a deep house cleaning that would continue on monthly basis instead of just a one-time deep house cleaning based on feedback from Angie's List. I called the day before to confirm the set time we had agreed upon and they proceeded to tell me that they couldn't give me a set time, just that it would be sometime in the morning maybe afternoon. They were only at the house for 2 hours at the most, didn't perform all the services I requested, charged me $10 more than the estimate, left fingerprints all over the tables, never cleaned the stovetop and never dusted the pictures or windows. It seemed that they just didn't finish any of the house cleaning services that they started. I would definitely not say this was deep house cleaning nor a good house cleaning. While the price was perfect, the service was not so good. I guess you get what you pay for. In the end, I would have rather paid an extra $50 than I paid them to receive much better service."

"Deck Cetera provided exceptional customer service.  They were prompt in scheduling the appointment, and they were able to get us on the schedule the same week.  They sent Jean to conduct the estimate, she was prompt in arriving to our home and very pleasant.  She answered all of our questions and had tons of pictures to guide us in identifying what we wanted for our deck addition. She was very knowledgable about the different decking materials and helped us in making a decision about deck material.  She was provided an estimate on the spot per our request. Additionally, she followed up with a nice drawing of our project and pricing options relative to different material . Overall this company has exceptioonal customer service, going above and beyond.  Unfortunately we decided to go with another company which provided a price more aligned with what we were planning to spend.
