"Smoothly. They rebuilt the stair supports and were able to reuse the decking boards so that it would remain matched to the rest of the porch and decking. They warned me that they could not guarantee the reuse of the boards until the stairs were demolished and I appreciated the care they took removing the boards. "Overall, I thought the person that came to my home to give an estimate of the patio we wanted to build was not very professional. She came up with a sketch for the patio which did not incorporate the design ideas that I wanted. She was willing to re-sketch the design 2 times to get it right, but then seemed to get annoyed that I asked questions about the materials that were being used, the options that were available...etc. Granted she may have been having a bad week, but I expected more. Ended up going with a different contractor and glad I did because the quote I got from them was $1000 less and I loved the job they did.

"Satisfied with the work done to install the wooden fence. Some of the planks, however, have protruding nails, a potentially dangerous situation, which we noticed upon closer inspection. Also, they said they would charge us nearly $600 for painting the about 90-foot fence, but we got it done by another contractor for half the price. Overall 3.5 stars out of 5."

"Sergio and his team were amazing from start to finish. He came by and provided me an estimate. I agreed to his price and he started the work the following week. Really loved that he and his team treated my home with respect making sure they covered everything up with plastic, they laid down a tarp for their walkway and where they were painting. The final result came out so amazing we love it! Definitely recommend Sergio and his guys. Super friendly and reliable. Will be reaching out to him again for future projects."
