"Working with Dave was and still is absolutely awesome. When it comes to prompt service, honesty, knowledge and fixing the issue, Dave helped us out a ton . I had an issue with my Samsung dryer not heating. I first reached out to Samsung directly and was given a very basic trouble shoot over the phone, when that proved unsuccessful, I was given the phone number of 3 service companies. After talking to all 3 call centers (after a nice long hold time) in a very non personal customer service type of way and getting ridiculously high quotes for services calls, I looked into finding a local technician myself. The guys are professional, personable, punctual and know what they are doing. The most recent experience last week for a dryer with no heat. Nick was on time, diagnosed the issue in minutes of a bad thermal fuse, had the part, replaced, and heat was fixed.
