"Kevin responded to my message on Angie's list promptly. Kevin arrived on time on the date scheduled. Kevin and his helper leveled the washing machine and he repaired the basement step and he replaced some missing baseboard under the kitchen cabinets and he replaced light bulbs in outdoor fixtures at the front and back doors and he replaced the grout in the shower and he tightened the toilet seat and in the middle of it all he made a trip to Home Depot to get a new fixture for our outdoor motion lights which he then installed. All I can say is WOW!! Kevin did all the jobs we can't do anymore and he did them well. If you need anything done around the house please don't hesitate to call Kevin because he really can do the job."

"We could not have been more pleased with the work the Madden Brothers did to create our new master bath and closet. From beginning to end, the project was a great experience. We were actually sorry to see them go when the job was finished! When has that ever happened with a contractor? George and Brian gave us exactly what we wanted and did so in a professional, yet extremely pleasant manner. We were very appreciative of their knowledge, experience, and attention to detail. They are both perfectionists when it comes to the way things should be done. If that wasn't all, they left the workspace and house clean and vacuumed every single day and I can't tell you how great, and unusual, that was. Even the subs commented on how neat they were! In addition to everything else, their painting skills are truly impressive (I have never seen straighter paint lines along any ceilings!). We couldn't be any happier with the results. "We called Rick to discuss installing an addition to our home for a garage, master bedroom, and master bathroom.  We also requested quotes on fixing some exterior items included soffits, fascia, gutters, installing a deck, paving the driveway.
Rick was extremely friendly and responsive.  He is very professional and knowledgeable about his field.  We went through a couple of options and then decided on what was expected to be the cheapest option.  Rick built the plans for approval.  This process took longer than expected: was supposed to be about 30 days but went well over 60.  Not a concern for us because we are willing to wait for proper planning for a large project.
We got the plans, drawings, and scope which only cost us $1500.  They are nice and thorough plans that could be used if we were to move forward with the project with Rick or anyone else.  They were nicely done.
We chose not to go forward with the project because the quote in the end was more than double the original discussion.  It would price our home out of its market and was unexpectedly high.
Rick is a very nice, professional engineer who is thorough with his work.  The price quote was just so high it wasn't even worth starting a negotiation to us.  If you use Rick for plans or drawings, we highly recommend him.

"Quick service, answered all questions.  They arrived on time and did a great job.  We had just moved into the house and the tub/shower in the guest bath looked "tired" and had some dings in it.  They repaired and refinished it.  The price was exactly as quoted.  The time of arrival and the time to completion were exactly as stated.  Left no mess - very neat.  There was a slight "chemical" smell after they left but it quickly dissapated.  And, most importantly, the tub/shower/surround look brand new!  Would recommend to others.

"I used him twice.  The first time he came in, he did a good job.  The next time I used him, I paid him but he didn't really provide all the things he was supposed to provide.  He was supposed to come back to give me some side light on the side walk but he didn't come back and do that.  He didn't do what I contracted him to do.  He did replace an electric meter for me but that really wasn't what I had asked him to do.  He even removed something from the front of the house.  He said that it was defective and I never heard from him again.  I was very disappointed with him.  He may have moved because I think he was moving when I used him.  His name is Rey Waters and he is a registered home electrician.  I was not very pleased and not happy with him.  He didn't follow through and that's not professional to me.  The worst thing was that he didn't even respond to me just to say sorry.  There's this part that it's my fault because I paid him before doing the work.  I should have let him finish the work before paying him so it was partly my fault."
