"Due in the morning, I got a call at 12.40 saying they'd be here in an hour. He arrived at 2. Once here, he was professional, friendly and helpful. He repaired our toilet but said that in the long-term - maybe a year or two - we'd have to replace it and gave me all the details of options. "Owner showed up with a small crew and a crazy new piece of equipment. Excavated down below my foundation and to the septic tank. Came into the basement and jackhammered the floor. Removed all the old terracotta pipe inside and out. Installed all new PVC pipe all the way down to the septic tank. Put gravel down to protect the new pipe. Poured concrete in the basement to close the floor back up. Only took one day to get the new pipe in. Came back the next to close the ground and floor up. Great experience, basement no longer smell like sewage."

"Excellent experience.  Gary and his crew were very responsive.  Came out to give an estimate the day after I called him and provided an estimate much lower than the other lining company I had contacted.  He showed me the problem in my sewer with his sewer cam and explained exactly how he would install the lining.  He also showed me a sample of the lining material and the warranty they provide with their work.  He was out the following week exactly on schedule.  His crew was very professional and all very nice guys.  They conducted all the work exactly as explained beforehand and had all the repairs/lining installed exactly on schedule.  He also lined up all the the follow up inspections required by the municipality and county and was present for the inspections.  All in all I think he and his crew did an excellent job and got us through our problem without any surprises and at a very reasonable price.  I would definitely recommend AK Pipe Lining Co. to anyone needing sewer repairs.
