From my understanding, at that time they were short handed on a Production Manager, so they had a PM come out from another state and he had miss measured all 21 of my windows. Long story short they had to reorder all of them and get them shipped so they could get them installed. Original install date was suppose to be in April but finally got them installed in August by Rick. Rick did a fantastic job installing and I would highly recommend this company, their product, and their installation crews. I can already tell that these windows make a night and day difference in efficiency and with keeping the house quieter from all the traffic outside. I can not say enough good about the work Josh and his crew did. They were very professional and worked with my insurance company to get roof repair covered due to wind damage. I had faulty shingles put on 12 years ago and insurance company was trying to say this was all due to the poor shingles, Josh worked with adjustor and showed her the wind damage aside from the faulty shingles. Also had sliding window installed in attic later and that turned out very well.

Very happy with their work and everything done in a timely manner. Clean up was great.

"Although we decided not to finish our bathroom, we did work with Seitz to finish our basement. What can I say? Everything about the experience was great. Not only did we work almost solely with the owner Donovan, but any other workers were extremely friendly and skilled. We recently had an issue with our patio doors (not in the basement) and Donovan came by and fixed it in about 10 minutes! If you are worried about finding contractors online, stop because Seitz will get the job done!"
