Mr. Tucker took my call, I explained I have a house in Little Rock and I currently live in Albuquerque, NM. Mr. Tucker was highly informative over the phone and sent me a quote via emsil, always stayed in touch with me each step by phone, text and email. I felt very comfortable with him, when I asked to see his license and other paperwork he immediately sent them to me no hesitation. Mr. Tucker even referred me to his BBB rating and I checked that out as well. Mr. Tucker came to my house to inspect the install areas, then came back when all items ordered and installed everything in 1 day. "My computer (Windows XP) was running very slow and had become almost inoperable. It was taking a very long time to process anything, especially anything to do with the internet. IE was taking 100% of the cpu most of the time. Jim worked on my computer remotely for several days defragging, cleaning, anti-virus, malware, etc., but could not get it to perform anywhere near where it should. We decided that I needed a new computer. Jim built me a new computer (Windows 7 with racing stripes). The new system works very well and I am pleased with it. When Jim switched my files over from old to new, the Kodak Easy-Share program with my pictures did not get transferred. He has promised to make that transfer when he installs a new door covering the DVD reader which was broken upon setup. I will update this review when this occurs. I am very pleased with the new system and would do it all over again if a similar situation were present.

Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue!
