"We had been needing some repairs on our house for quite some time but after getting several estimates that seemed way overpriced, we gave up trying temporarily. His estimate was reasonable, clear and concise and he never tried to upsell or add to what we wanted. He gave an honest opinion and recommendation of the work to be done, the timeframe, and the cost, along with possible alternatives that would best suit us. The time he spent with us that day and his willingness to listen and answer all our questions made us feel very confident that finally, we had an answer to our prayers! We started out with a fairly small project and after seeing firsthand how Brandon and his crew handled everything, we felt confident to add to our list. During the time it took to complete the job, Brandon was always available to answer any questions we had and proved himself to be trustworthy and a great communicator again and again. Brandon and his crew did everything as promised and took considerable pride in the work being done. They were always respectful and considerate. "Perfect. I enjoyed getting to sit in the storm shelters at their showroom to help with size selection. After signing up for the install, they connect you to an online portal to manage the contract and to update building permit number, etc. Installation was prompt and clean."
