Called these people, told our situation, called the landlord, had them set up an appointment - and in minutes a date was set (was doable within the week - unlike most jobs we've come across). They left to get some supplies and CAME RIGHT BACK (too many maintenance folks say they'll get supplies at the store and don't come back UNTIL NEXT WEEK) to place up caution tape and clean up their mess. It's too bad that they couldn't fix our pipe (since it's AT&T's wire they'd have to go through now), but their service was exceptional. Definitely recommend! For the second time within 4 months, we had an emergency plumbing issue, this time waking up to our water heater busted this morning. We called and left a message at 4:30 a.m. and by 5:30 we received a return call from Ron saying they would be out to the house by 8:00 am.
