"The repairs went well and the people they sent were professional and stayed on the job until I was satisfied. Their limits do not cover the cost of major repairs but it is still cheaper than paying the total myself. They are prompt to respond that they are working on my work order. I live in a rural area and they have problems at times finding someone who will work with them in my area. The do offer to allow me to get the repairs done and they will reimburse. The one problem I had that made me unhappy was when my microwave broke they offered very little to replace it. AND, they would not replace it themselves nor do the installation as my contract stated they would."

"First thing is first, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY 2022 Lexus RC 350. I have never taken it to the car wash because I love hand washing it myself and taking it out. I don't have to pay anything. If my refrigerator goes bye bye they will replace it for free. They are very professional. We have had them for year. They also came here for my stove because something when wrong with the door, the oven door. I have a commercial oven and he door just won't shut so something when wrong with it, and they fixed it. If my refrigerator goes bye bye, they will replace it for free. They are very professional. We have had them for years. We used them at our other house also. "My refrigerator's temperature was not holding. It kept getting warmer and saying "vacuum condenser" which didn't do a thing, when I tried. Another unscrupulous guy who was supposed to be a Sub-Zero specialist filled it with freon and charged me 500 dollars. When it stopped holding the temperature after about 4-5 months, he said he wasn't going to come out there unless I produced a receipt, which I couldn't find. He would not look me up in his records He said I needed a new condenser for 1500 dollars. Needless to say, that's when I found Alex--he has a Sub-Zero website--he told me that only the evaporators break, condensers last forever. He came over, diagnosed the problem, and thoughtfully added freon so my food wouldn't spoil. Three days later, he was back with the large part. He brought another man and they took off the back of my refrigerator from the inside (It's a built-in), replaced the evaporator and it works perfectly now. He also cleaned the stack of my drier thoroughly and replaced a part on my washing machine. It took about 1-1/2 hours."
