"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"First thing is first, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY 2022 Lexus RC 350. I have never taken it to the car wash because I love hand washing it myself and taking it out. So when I had a card on my window for Pressure, my first response was never would I let anyone else wash it. "My refrigerator's temperature was not holding. It kept getting warmer and saying "vacuum condenser" which didn't do a thing, when I tried. Another unscrupulous guy who was supposed to be a Sub-Zero specialist filled it with freon and charged me 500 dollars. When it stopped holding the temperature after about 4-5 months, he said he wasn't going to come out there unless I produced a receipt, which I couldn't find. He would not look me up in his records He said I needed a new condenser for 1500 dollars. Needless to say, that's when I found Alex--he has a Sub-Zero website--he told me that only the evaporators break, condensers last forever. He came over, diagnosed the problem, and thoughtfully added freon so my food wouldn't spoil. Three days later, he was back with the large part. He brought another man and they took off the back of my refrigerator from the inside (It's a built-in), replaced the evaporator and it works perfectly now. He also cleaned the stack of my drier thoroughly and replaced a part on my washing machine. It took about 1-1/2 hours."
