"I needed Carpenters to erect an archway wall from the main entry hall into our living room. I also wanted these Carpenters to install a “Dutch” door from the kitchen to the dining room. I searched Angie’s list and came up with a few I would consider. I chose PREMIER DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION, LLC. As my first company that I would dig deeper on. I looked them up through the Better Business Bureau of Southern Nevada. I found them to be free of any blemishes to their BBB record. They were also on the Angie’s List of grade “A” companies. I called and spoke to Partner Nick Z. We chatted on the phone for a few minutes and told them what I wanted to get accomplished. Mr. Z. made an appointment for them to come and look at what the job would entail. Nick Z and Pedro G arrived promptly and seemed to be professional in their approach to my “job”. They asked a lot of questions and took many measurements. After they finished we all sat for a few minutes so they could tell me just what their company, PREMIER DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION was about and what their policies were. They left with a handshake and a promise to get an estimate for the complete job very soon. I received their estimate via e-mail. I signed a contract with them, as what they listed seemed reasonable to me for materials and labor, we gave them a deposit, and set a work date. Nick Z. & Pedro G. showed up on the day we had scheduled ready to work. They demolished the areas necessary to accommodate the new archway and did the same for the doorway that the “Dutch” door hand. This was done neatly and cleanly with all trash removed by them. They built the archway and reinforced the doorway for the new door. They then brought in a tape and spackle person to make the wall areas around these two projects look like they had always been in place. Both my Wife and I were extremely please with their work, cleanliness, and professional manners. They so impressed us that we started talking with them to complete another project for his. PREMIER DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION, LLC. Gets the highest ratings in my book. You can’t lose with their craftsmanship."
