"We had talked about replacing windows for a few years. We get window salesman in our area constantly. Came across Home Improvements enterprises on a google search. We asked 4 companies for quotes. After all 4 quotes completed we chose Home Improvements quote. The same windows at about $4000 less than the other quotes, no salesman just Robert. The windows took about 7 weeks to be built due to covid . Windows installed yesterday along with one slider. 2 man crew showed up installed all windows. Crew worked well and cleaned up after. Nice job all around. Windows are nice , plus they took all the old windows away."

"I bought a dishwasher at Home Depot to be installed, They came out  and said they couldn't do it because I didn't have a shut off valve and one needed to be installed be for they could do the job.  I called ProServe told them what I needed. Tech came out, said I didn't need a shut off valve, the one in the laundry would be fine. "Excellent work. Worked with Tim and distributor for glass panel/frame type. Tim was recommended by Rystin Construction (Henderson NV) -- who I found by looking at door manufacturers and they were listed as a distributor for a few door manufacturers. After discussion with both parties, I could just change out the glass panel vs. the total door. I have 3 more doors with same panel types to be completed. I am very happy with door, having him do more work and will recommend him to others. He also repaired a loose tile in bathroom, was able to reset with grout I had. Overall, very pleased. He is very busy with other jobs, but worth the wait."

"Horrible...started off bad and I should have just cancelled then....Called Rick on Friday he said he would call me back once he found the voucher....never called back had to call him two more times.  Then he scheduled his tech he was four hours late and then I had things to do so rescheduled....Then he was an hour and half late to the reschedule.....It took him 3 hours to install 4 light switches...left a mess at everyone...Then I need him to install a ceiling fan and he wasn't sure if he could.....need him to look at a plumbing item he had no idea.....I can understand if you don't know how to do...but what really upset me is I called the owner to reschedule.....and he said "sorry it all has to be done in one trip"  ....it is not my fault your tech didn't know how to do it......and truly it should not take 3 hours to install switches....the tech was very sweet.....but not efficient. I normally don't complain but truly very frustrating..."

"Although he did not respond to my message through the Angie's List message, he responded immediately when I called his cell phone. His voicemail box was full be he called me back immediately. He was on time and did the project in the time frame he quoted. He explained fully why it was installed the way it was and what I needed to to do to change anything I needed to."
