"I called because I could not turn off the hot water. They said, someone, would be there within 2 hours. The plumber arrived in less than 90 minutes. He was neat and clean. He set right to work. After 15 minutes or so he had taken apart the old faucet tried to make a repair but the faucet was not repairable - not surprising since the faucet was quite old. I asked if he could replace the faucet but the one I wanted he did not have on his vehicle. He called the office and they had one in stock. He was gone about 40 minutes. He installed the new faucet in about 20 minutes. He cleaned up after himself."

Mifkis removed the shower valve and checked the water line and there was no evidence of any ldripping. At this point the only option was to break into the wall near the leak. Mifkis noticed that there were gaps in the grout inside the shower near the area where the leak was. So he patched those areas. We haven’t experienced any further problems. I think most plumbers would ‘t have even noticed the gaps and would have taken the more expensive option. We highly recommend Mifkis and would not hesitate to use him again"
