They snaked the drain and said the disposal wasn't piped right so that made it more likely to occur; they added another elbow to it, and it now works like it should and sounds better. They also plunged my bathroom sinks, showed me how to do it by putting my thumb over the drain hole, and they got my toilet working better by replacing the Fluidmaster and adjusting the water level. They are very professional, removing their shoes and wiping up any mess they make, which is very unusual for a plumber as any I have had in the past have always left a big mess for me to clean up. I was very pleased with their service will call them the next time I have a plumbing need, and plan to have them install a new toilet."
