"It went great. I called over a weekend and received a return call early Monday morning. Murf scheduled an appointment with me for later in the day and told me he would call 30 minutes prior to arriving which really helped because it enabled me to stay at work until he was headed to our home. Once he arrived, he seemed to immediately know what was wrong and quickly quoted a price for the repair. The repair took about an hour and our washer is working fine. I also like that he has a 30-day guarantee."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
