"Dave Lennox saved us $2,500 +.  He was the sixth technician to inspect one of the 70+ Magic-Pak units we have installed in our apartment buildings.  He was the only technician who was determine to understand what was wrong with the unit in order to see if he could fix it.  Two other companies/technicians had not seen this unit before - one did not know how to remove the access panel and the other shut the gas off and said the unit was dangerous and that we needed to replace it.  Two companies/technicians walked away from the job, stating that they had never worked on this type of unit before (more common in Chicago), and the last person, before Dave, said we should just replace it, without looking at the unit.  <br /> Dave blew us away with his determination and dedication to find the problem and fix it if he could. He respected what other technicians had said, but would not absently corroborate their diagnosis.  Rather, he took apart the unit and found a large wasp nest buried high up in the vent. He vacuumed it out, put the unit back together, tested it, and handed us a bill for $180.  <br /> I am so grateful for the skill and integrity of this man.  In an industry saturated with dishonesty, laziness, and a lack of talent, this was a pleasant experience.  Dave could have pocketed $2,500+, but he didn't.  And now we plan to reward him with any work we need done on the rest of the units, and the many other buildings we own.  That's how important this experience was for us.  And by the way, this young man is in his 30's.  Technicians much older than him can learn from his example. <br /> Thank you Dave, <br /> East Cherry Vale Apts <br />"

"We have been extremely happy with all of the workmanship and the workers were all very professional. When John had another contractor come in, as in when the concrete was poured in the garage, they were all professional tradesman and not handymen. We had daily communication on the progress and John always talked to us in detail on how the job was progressing. All material was high grade and best quality. The job site was always cleaned up at the end of the work day. We did go above our discussed budget, but only because of some issues that needed to be brought up to code and that we decided not to go a cheaper route to fix the issue. We also made the decision to change or add on to the original plan, but we have been extremely happy with the job(s) that were done and would not change a thing we had done. We are extremely happy that our home is now maintenance free and we have and still do receive many compliments on the improvements done to our home. "Master bath - Tear out vanity and top, flat wall mirror, toilet, shower doors, light, towel bars.  Repair and patch walls, then paint.  Laid porcelain tiles (12X24).  Suggested a staggered pattern which turned out really neat.  Replaced 1/4 round with new and painted for a clean fresh look.  Installed vanity and 2 framed mirrors.  Put up 2 new lights over mirrors, towel bar and toilet paper holder.  Installed new toilet.  Every piece has a nice line, centered, provides great quality look. <br /> Guest bath - Tear out vanity and top, flat wall mirror, light and towel bars.  Installed vanity and top, framed mirror a towel shelf and new light over mirror.   <br /> We had never remodeled, but felt comfortable with all the proceedings.  Job went very smoothly, no horror stories.  Took care to protect surroundings, no extra dings or accidents.   Very professional work, done on a timely basis. <br />"
