"The technician finished another job early and called and asked if he could come by early. Not an issue and he arrived, reviewed the wiring on the two switches installed by the builder. They were not properly wired and he stated that this type of wiring is no longer performed this way, and he was able to fix them quickly. Since I am an advanced DIY'er he educated me on the old switches that I was trying to replace and actually gave me a diagram on how 3-way switches operated. Thanks for the work and the education."

They are very knowledgeable, and all the work was done professionally. I do suggest to ensure everything you want is on the bid or it will not get done (my rookie mistake).
