"My main beef is that the first time they came out it just happened to be raining and they said they would not be able to do the exterior hydrant, as it was too wet (the fitting was sweated on).  Continuing in that they said that they would leave the interior portion incomplete, all that needed to be done to finish was to install the stem for the shower head, so that I could do whatever I planned to cover the hole they had to cut in the wall. It would however entail a 2nd call out fee. So in the end what was supposed to be able to be done for under $200, their quote, ended up costing double. It would have been nice if they had said that morning before they came out that there might be a chance for something like that. <br /> All that being said, the work was quality and they were there when they said they'd be. Just a warning that you might get jobbed if it's an outside job and the weather isn't great. <br /> I intend to call them and discuss eliminating or reducing the fee for the second call out but my hopes are not high. I will update once I have the final word. Also they add 1.5% per month for bills past 30 days as stated on the bottom of the statement they sent me. <br />"

"As a licensed, master plumber, Bubba did a professional job. <br /> <br /> He found our drain from the kitchen sink was running slightly uphill, which explained years of slow,but functioning drainage. He had to run new drain pipes for the undercounter sink anyway, so he got the drain lowered into the main stack by 10 inches! <br /> <br /> Dropping the drain to the main stack took time, as we have an older home and he had to cut into a cast iron stack pipe and move the dishwasher to access the stack. <br /> <br /> Now you can't stand too close to the kitchen sink when it drains as you'll may get sucked in! :) <br /> <br /> The tankless hot water heater works great and under the sink looks very uncluttered and quot;pipe-wiseand quot;. <br /> <br /> Bubba did a great job and I will hire him for any future plumbing jobs I can't handle. <br />"
