"They fixed the leak and put in a sump pump and water trench. The basement leaked 2 more times afterwards, but they returned to correct it right away. We were responsible all 3 times to repair the drywall and wood landing at the bottom of the stairs,so I called saying that I should not have to keep fixing those thing over and over. The CEO of the company called back and came out to the house himself to inspect. He had his people come out to the house again to do more that he felt would fix the problem for good, as well fixing the drywall and landing at no cost. It was a frustrating experience, but this company and it's CEO stood by thier work and made it right. I would use them again."

This was a very tedious project since the previous owner/contractor used little to no insulation in the ceiling and walls of the addition on our house. It was miserably cold in winter and miserably hot in this summer heat. Once the insulation was installed, there was an immediate change!! They came in, did great work, and cleaned up!"

"The owner, Ed Brandenburg, is extremely knowledgeable and explained the mechanics of the process to me in terms I could understand. He listened and "heard" me as I explained what we were experiencing. He then walked with me through the yard mapping out how the drainage system needed to be installed and then asked if I had any questions. His colleague Brandon was equally approachable, knowledgeable and hard working. They completed the work as stated; started the job sooner than expected; took their time to get it right and were responsive to request. I just cannot physically do what I use to be able to do. Ed and Brandon salvaged river rock for me and put back the rock they were able to salvage. Honestly, that was not their job. They added soil and did a great clean-up job. The balance was only $50 more than quoted and totally within reason."
