"Very well. We had a number of projects that we needed done, both interior and exterior. Joe arrived on time on the day we scheduled to go over what was needed and on the days he was working at our home. He did repairs on fences including painting, replaced a deadbolt lock, did interior and exterior painting and some repair work on ceilings including repainting. He also installed exterior floodlights on existing electrical boxes, rebuilt and reinstalled a storm-damaged wood shutter and worked on several interior doors that were not working satisfactorily. Joe works steadily and efficiently getting more done each day than I would have ever thought possible. He cleaned up all areas that he worked in and removed all debris from the premises. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Joe for “handyman” jobs. He seems willing to tackle most anything but told me up front that he doesn’t do plumbing."

"Mr Masters is very responsive and answers questions promptly via text, phone call or email even answering questions while out of town on vacation. His stucco crew are first rate craftsman. I am highly scrutinous of work performed on my home and I can say that these guys are impressive. I had about 250 -300 sq feet of badly damaged stucco. 3 days total work to repair, reband windows, chimney and door. The painting crew is as expected. The did not make a mess, cleaned their mess up. Prompt , professional and painted my entire 2500 sq foot home in 3 days. 2 coats. All in all Id think for the work I had done in the timely manner in which it was performed that it was worth every penny paid."

"Very well.  This is an 8-unit two-story condo in Ponte Vedra.  Killian worked with me to get approval from the ARB, including provided the correct insurance and evidence of materials.  He offered a competitive price, less than the last condo that was done with the same materials.   He  timely started and completed the project.   In the interim, while waiting on insurances and approvals, Killian patched for free an area that may have been contributing to a leak into one of the condos. One leak occurred while Killian was working, and he worked with the unit owner to repair the ceiling to their satisfaction. Killian also noted the need for repair or replacement of chimney caps and gave us a price on those.  Other chimney repair places I've contacted have requested an inspection fee just to give us a bid. Killian timely gave us a wind mit report which was used to reduce our insurance rates.  Wonderful!!"
