"We called this company and they responded immediately. They sized up the job, said they could fix the steel piping, cooper line and the install new fittings and pvc piping. The owner called his workers and within 2 hours were on the job and had it operational in quick time. They are reasonably priced and the workmanship is second to none! "

"I would give these folks twenty stars if I could. They were professional, thorough and reasonably priced....most of all they provided a solution for a clogged, compromised sewer pipe that otherwise could have been disastrous. My recently purchased house was built in 1968 and soon after moving in, the drain kept clogging. After jetting the line and an initial de-scaling/cleaning attempt, the video that was taken revealed that my sewer pipe under my slab was severely compromised, fractured and with holes in multiple spots. Other tradespeople I spoke with said that my floor and slab would need to be cut open to dig out the old sewer pipe and replace it with PVC---an ENORMOUS expense and undertaking.I am so glad I called Jax Hydro-Jetters. They were able to re-line the existing sewer pipe with a strong, durable coating without disrupting my home. Problem solved. I can't tell you the peace of mind they brought to me and my husband. It is priceless and I am forever grateful. I would HIGHLY recommend you call them for any clogging disruption you are experiencing in your home. You will be so happy you did."

"I’m not satisfied with the service because the part they say I need they install it now it’s floating around in the hole water is still in the hole as well I’m smelling bowel as well something just isn’t right with my service"

"Called for septic pumping. Company was late for first time frame. Have a later time and missed that one as well showed up an hr and a half later. No greeting when they arrived, just jumped out and started dragging hoses to the tanks. Tanks were already opened by us. No discount for opening tanks. Upon finishing they had no cement to seal the lids( they ran out). While dragging hoses back to truck they leaked sewage out of every hose(black and very noticeable) when I asked if they had some lime to spread over the spills they said they ran out of that as well. Lime and cement are required by the Health Department on all septic trucks. This review in no way means I would not use this company again, only that this company should take the time to train their employees how to properly represent the company."

"When I hired Josh from Dale's plumbing, he called 30 min prior to arrival. He IMMEDIATELY got straight to work and took about 1 to 2 hours to disassemble the old water heater, remove, install and test the new one. We called Josh the next day as the water temperature wasn't hot enough to our liking and he was prompt to return our call to walk us through modifying the temp. He was also willing to come over from across town to make sure the unit was working properly and that it reached or desired temp if he needed to! Would hire again!"

"Called to see about getting an appointment. Actually said he could come over within an hour or two. Was very friendly and helpful. Turns out nothing serious needed to be worked on, just a few little adjustments. I was worried a couple things might need a few holes in the wall to fix. Did a few things I was too wary or stupid to try, but it seems like everything is good now. Well, other than the kitchen faucet which I will definitely be calling him to install for me when I get it. The visit charge was well worth it if only for my peace of mind and very much worth it since I know some people would have gone ahead and made those holes and maybe even done some unnecessary work.
