"I was out of town and tenants, in a rental, had no water in tub or shower. I looked on Angies List, decided on professor plumb and Ernie took care of problem right away.

"Leak was found and plugged in light fixture (broken conduit, most likely). Arnold was very professional and thorough, kept checking all possible problems even after he found the leak, and let us know the rest of our pool plumbing was in good shape. Gave us advice to keep an eye on possible problems. Charge was a little higher because we have a combination inground spa with our pool, meaning more plumbing to check. Very happy with results."

"This compaany is a pleasure to do businesss with. The owner, Ike callled romptly, and scheduled appointment. He gave me a very fair estimate and the work was done on time and he even honored a 5%discount that Angies list advertised without his knowledge. Roger was rhe omployee that did the excellent work and a note to Mr. Ike, Roger ia a keeper. He is professional, polite and his work is terrific. ,

"The service was friendly and efficient. They were very knowledgeable and could answer any questions I had about adding solar panels to my house. I would definitely hire West Bay Energy and have actually recommended their services to a few friends that are interested in solar. My only complaint is in JEA’s solar policy so I don’t hold that against the team at West Bay Energy."

"Mario fixed my big granite countertop cracks near the sink. He did fabulous job and provided a thorough solution. He is very professional and responsive. It is a true pleasure to work with him."

"I have had a Kinetico before, so invited Clearwater out for an estimate. Rob was very friendly and professional. The non-electric unit that I had previously was going to be too expensive; however, I am very pleased with the electric unit that I purchased, along with dechlorinator. James did an excellent job installing the equipment. I had a small issue with one of my faucets. Rob sent Caleb out right away and he had it fixed quickly. The warranty that comes with the equipment combination is great. Looking forward to many years of use."

Love the product.  We selected Wilson Arno Quartz tops.

Price was very competitive.  Fast turn around on install.  They template on Tuesday and installed on Thursday.

Problems with install.  Guys were very courteous. The should read install directions.  They brought in top for cook top and then cut out hole inside the house. This raised all kinds of dust.  The island top was never glued down on the first run.  The sink was a granite sink and it took three tries to install.  Not happy with this part.  I finally made my own cleats and installed them myself and this has worked fine.  The installer stated that there was not enough room, but I had no problem. The sink base is a standard 36" and the sink was a standard 33".  Keep an eye on sink install if you use them.

Product and price were good, but just watch them on the install.

"Work was done on time and professionally installed. The only drawback was the electrician did not clean up after the work was complete."

"Exactly as planned without a single hitch. A clip had somehow become flipped up during installation resulting in a very small but immediately noticable leak. I called Eric Payne and the crew showed up the next day to implement a complete repair. Additionally, and I think most telling of their attention to detail and customer focus is this; During the normal course of a standard roof replacement, it was discovered that there was major wood decay and rot that caused extensive mold and other visible/structural damage. The THR crew never skipped a beat. They brought in additional supplies and effected a complete repair."

"VERY satisfied with the work! Elio was professional, courteous and friendly. He came and gave a FREE estimate after assessing the problem. And when we agreed to allow him to complete the job he did it right then which was after 6:00pm. There were no extra charges for the late service. He completed the job in the same night, replacing approximately 67ft of underground pipe. He returned the next day to clean up and meet us to inspect the work to make sure we were completely satisfied. A few days later he returned when we called him to let him know the kitchen water pressure was low. He found the problem, which was dirt that had gotten in the pipe when the outside pipe broke. He unclogged the dirt at no extra charge. I will continue to use ER Rooter Inc. every time a plumbing issue arises and HIGHLY recommend them! Thank you ER Rooter Inc/Elio.
