"Last Sunday night, the pipe to my backyard faucet cracked and water was gushing out. The pipe froze that morning and I think that's why it cracked. It was almost 10 pm when I first saw the massive fountain of water spurting out. I only contacted companies that claimed to have 24-hour emergency service. No one would help. Leak Buster Plumbing agreed to come. The guy I spoke to was Job and he gave me a quote over the phone so I knew what to expect. He came over and did what he could, and then returned the next morning to finish the job, making sure to insulate the pipes so this did not happen again. Now for the best part, Job is probably the nicest plumber I have dealt with. He was gracious, polite and so respectful. Also the company itself is well run and communication is excellent. Their charge seemed reasonable but then I never got a chance to do some comparative shopping. I know I will be using them over and over again."

"I phoned Professional Plumb and Ernie (owner) answered. I described the situation and he said he could replace it same day. This was about 2:30 in the afternoon.  He came over within the hour with a new water heater and had it replaced in a matter of an hour and a half.  The water heater was in a tight spot between the air handler and a work bench. He did have to cut out the condensate drain piping on the air handler to remove and replace the water heater.  But he replaced/re-plumbed the condensate drain line at no charge. Excellent service and we thank Ernie very much."
