Spilled a drink on the floor, used a towel out of my bathroom to clean it up and then left the trash in my bathroom sink and the dirty towel on the floor, without telling us. They threw cigarette butts all in my yard and then proceeded to charge a ridiculous price for not doing the work right. He didn't follow the directions and even left me with a task to do. Apparently I need to go buy a screw to finish the work. This was a loft bed assembly by the way."
