"<p>After seeing an ad for Wood Tex and looking up their reviews ect , we took the ride to their shop in Himrod NY to see what they did and to see their lot of pre-fab structures . When we arrived we were impressed and spoke to Amy who was incredibly knowledgeable polite and professional . She walked us thru the whole process of design , price and all the fine details . After a few weeks of contemplating our options and several estimates to build new we decided on Wood Tex . Again , we took the ride and spoke with Amy who guided us thru the final stages of ordering ect . We pre arranged dates for delivery and our project was handed to Nelson . As expected , Nelson was also top notch and a pleasure to deal with . On the day of delivery , The crew showed up within 5 mins of the time Nelson quoted and within 1/2hr had their truck , tools and equipment set up and were working . Lamar the crew leader and his crew were astonishing in their work , ethic , politeness , skill and whatever other adjective you can think of for awesome . Within </p> 3hrs they had 99% of the new garage up !! I cannot say enough about their attention to detail and skill . We are thoroughly impressed with every detail from our 1st meeting with Amy to our final goodbye's with Lamar and his crew . If we ever have another project like this or need a building of any kind I wont even look else where . Ill call Amy in a heartbeat . "We used Tallents to build a porch on our home cost of addition over 22000.00 we have several problems to address problem   1 professionalism and time to complete work: We ask for time to complete Neil told us a couple of weeks at the end it took 4 to 5 months his people would show up and not work go home not come in when we were told they would. We started to paint the porch around them because of the time taken.    <br /> Problem 2 Quality of work. We after painting found sloppy work in hard to see spots on the roof area gaps in joints more than 2 inches in some spots some screws missing nails also. <br /> Problem 3 quote of Job we had a written quote for the scope of the work up front told them about the large hand rails heavy wood that we wanted the spot over the porch at the back door we were told that it would look just like the before addition ect.During the repair we ask would it cost to do add plywood to the chimney are at this time we were told no charge because it was costing less to do the porch. At the final bill it was 1500.00 more ask why Neil told the chimney was extra the porch are over the back door extra large   hand rails extra.... I as why told him about quote and chimney talk and he told me we would have to pay.. <br /> On a side note we used trex wood on some of the outside steps we had some let over on the last day they were here 3 carpenters made a saw horse out of my left over wood and loaded it up in there truck with a couple of large sticks of treated wood. I paid for all the supplies by c/c total 12800.00 to Manier Building supply. <br /> In business you live by your word I know I have one and have run it 20 years.. If they are the best would hate to see the worst. <br />"

"Perfect. I enjoyed getting to sit in the storm shelters at their showroom to help with size selection. After signing up for the install, they connect you to an online portal to manage the contract and to update building permit number, etc. Installation was prompt and clean."

Kris and Trisha came out to provide service and were very professional in fixing my garage door and recommended ways to properly maintain it. "<p>We have had Brian and his crew working in our home on an off for 2+ years.  We are in the process of remodeling our home - section by section - room by room.  We found Brian after being robbed of over 5K by a shyster of a contractor...we were burned, burned, burned.  Brian had the unfortunate task of coming in behind these creeps - ripping out everything they did and starting over.  Not easy - considering we were extremely gun shy.</p> <p>He has worked his way from the garage through our laundry room into our master bedroom, master bedroom closet, master bath room on into the hall and then into the guest bathroom.  ALL of these rooms have been completely transformed by Brian.  He has painted, laid tile (on floors and walls), patched walls, installed hard wood flooring, installed new windows, installed stone on one side of our fireplace, done a ton of plumbing and wiring, installed doors (regular and pocket), installed light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, and shower systems.  He has put up with our craziness and insecurities and still managed to get the job done...</p> <p>You have to be willing to work WITH Brian.  For me this is a wonderful thing - he is always full of ideas - that usually are things that I have thought of but never thought possible.</p> <p>We still have two bedrooms a great room and a kitchen to get through...Brian will be with us for the foreseeable future!!!  </p> <br />"
