Around noon I called Mr. Handyman, was told the repairman could be here this afternoon, and that there was not...not an extra charge for same-day service. The scheduler, Carol, set the expected time would be "4-ish." The guy, Mike, arrived right on time. He quickly found and showed me the trouble - - a loose ground wire.
