"The Perry Brothers Construction team was outstanding at providing exactly what my family needed. Bill Perry, the owner, always listened carefully to any questions or concerns I had throughout the entire window replacement process. I never felt pressured to purchase products or services I wasn't looking for and was extremely happy with the results. Perry Brothers Construction is the only general contractor in Massachusetts and New Hampshire who I'd confidently reccomend to my friends and family. "We had a very small roof area need to be repaired. I sent request to multiple company to give a service quote. Few of them sent me replies and stated that they are too busy to come. Matt of MMP Consturction's contacted me promptly, scheduled an on-site visit and gave us a quote right away. The work was then scheduled and finished quickly. Matt did great job on reaching out, effective communication, and always arriving on-time. He also gave an evaluation on our roof condition. Also, Eric and Don did excellent job on finishing the project. They are all very polite, knowledgeable, and showed their professionalism. "It is surprisingly difficult to find reliable contractors with good communication skills that do quality work, especially for these smaller projects. So I was pleased with how smoothly this project went from start to finish. A formal written quote was provided via email which I accepted and he scheduled the work for the following week. They completed it in less time than I thought it would take and did a great job. I will definitely use them again for future projects."

"Sanfer was the general contractor and worked on the project diligently. He was very responsive throughout the project. Painting and plastering was outsourced to a sub contractor. However, Sanfer’s crew worked on remodeling the kitchen and bathroom. There were some delays as we made changes in scope of the work. Overall, I was happy with their work."

"George is absolutely the best contractor we have ever worked with. He is pleasant, professional, detail oriented, a great problem solver and a master at all of his crafts. He provides detailed descriptions and costs of all the work to be done. He and his crew completely gutted the kitchen in our 1890 Victorian home. Because of settling, our floors and ceiling were less than level. George and his crew were brilliant about solving the issue. No more slanted floors and squeaks. He made the installation of the cabinetry look effortless. He also created a much needed laundry room for us. We absolutely love our kitchen. George and his crew are a delight to work with."
