They were both very understanding of our hectic home with three kiddos ?? we only had a shower stall in our main bathroom before the install, so we are really enjoying the deep soaker bathtub with kids! "AWHR sent Peterman Plumbing & Heating Inc to perform the repair. They were responsive and called within 30 minutes to set appointment. The work however, is unacceptable because when they said they'd take care of the malfunctioning programmable box, I thought they meant they would repair/replace it, but they removed it! They also set our water temperature too high - I tested it coming out of our kitchen faucet at 145 degrees, even though there is a sticker on the front of the water heater indicating dangers in setting the temperature higher than 125. Peterman never mentioned even changing the water temperature - we found out quickly on our own. I called AWHR again today to get Peterman back to reset the water temperature to a safe temperature - two hours later I have not yet heard from them. Very disappointed with AWHR and Peterman Plumbing & Heating Inc - would NOT recommend!"

"everything went great. my old hot-water tank had developed a leak. i called joe and he was out there within the hour. he did a temporary seal and suggested i go tankless. they ordered the heater - within a week, he was back out and the job (which included rerouting some plumbing/gas lines) was done that day the did a great job and i absolutely LOVE IT!! i notice a small (around 15 dollars) savings per month on electric and around a 10% (per year) savings on propane. he had suggested a water softener (due to my now having the tankless heater) - i looked into it and called him back 3 months later to put one in. again, he was there to do it within a week and was done in 1 day. the water softener was a shock to me - i couldn't believe how BETTER life was with one....... i wish i had gotten one years earlier! thanks joe!"
