"I specified that it was a tankless water heater, yet not surprisingly I was referred to a plumber who didn't know anything about tankless heaters, resulting in a waste of a couple of days. The second person did know about them, and so far the repair is working (fingers crossed). I wish CHW would pay attention to the details in my claim."

"Josh Smith from J& R Drain Service was one of the most honorable plumbers I've met in a long time. We have a rental property in an old beautiful home in a historic district in Dayton. Our water heater burst and our tenants were scrambling to save their things from water damage and ruin. We didn't know what to do so we posted on Home Adviser but called R*** R***t** to get emergency services. Less than 2 minutes after I made the call to R**R***, Josh Smith from J&R called me. The guy from RR was great and knowledgeable but his prices were outrageous! I called Josh S back and offered him a chance to bid. He agreed to do the service for the price I was willing to pay, which was $500 less than RR! He even came back the next day to do extra work. He treated my home like he was working on his own. I'm very grateful to have found him I appreciate Josh and J&R. Thanks Josh, I owe you a beer!"
