"ECC installed a new condenser and coil. Tony, who is one of the owners, did the job himself with two assistants. He was very personable, respectful, and thorough in his explanation of the work. The work was done in a timely and efficient manner, the work zone was left in clean condition and the installation itself appears to be very neat and professional. My strong impression is that Tony and his co-owner, Ed, are two highly experienced and professional craftsmen in this business who take pride in their work and I appreciated having the actual owners, not salesmen and crews, developing the proposal and performing the installation. The entire experience, beginning with Lisa at the office, Ed, who developed the proposal, and finally with Tony and his team, was excellent and I will certainly hope to engage them for future HVAC needs."

Before the arrival of the repair technician, I received a text that he was on the way that included his name and photo. I thought that was great, since I knew exactly who to expect. The technician was polite and professional. He gave a clear explanation of each of my repair options, and quickly completed the one I chose. The cost was very reasonable for the work that was done. I want to add that I am hearing impaired, and repair technician made extra efforts to make sure I understood everything he told me. He was great! "We got 5 estimates and they came in far lower priced than anyone...it was so low my wife and I were concerned if the price was even correct. Based on the other prices we were only going to get the central air done for now..however with their pricing we could afford to get it all done. They promised to be out and install our new Central Air, Heater and water heater in about a week.  They showed up on time and they even finished sooner than our sale rep had told us.  We only had it in about a week now but so far we are extremely pleased!  If you are considering a new Central Air, Heater or water heater I highly recommend you get an estimate from them..I'm quite sure you'll thank me later.

"Sales rep measured rooms and windows to perform a load cal'n. Proposed a quality Carrier system at a reasonable price. The installation took a little longer than expected due to use of an inexperienced helper, but eventually it appeared to be a quality installation. They met my requests for minor modifications/enhancements to allow easier maintenance. Workers wore masks at all times, used drop cloths along walking paths and shoe covers, so the job was kept clean. Took time to explain system, installation and maintenance points. Were honest about risk of condensate pipe freeze-up and potential remedies, and "orphaned" water heater. Overall, quite satisfied with the equipment and installation. Awaiting finalization of punch list paperwork items."

"Alliance service pros came to our house to find out why nothing was flowing from our house into my septic tank. They found that the pipe from the house to the tank was failing due improper installation when the house was built. Alliance arrived at our house before the time frame they gave me. They were up front with every charge throughout the process of identifying the source of our problem. A second truck had to be called in with extra equipment and supplies. They did not leave until our problem was solve. This company is honest, reasonable, professional and the guys are very kind. We would highly recommend this company."

"Originally the blower motor on my furnace stopped blowing. Thankfully it was cool so as to not need AC. After reading his synopsis I located him and hired him and all was well.. There was a secondary issue when a circuit board failed 2 days later. You could clearly see where it blew. My unit is a DuCane and quite old and the part was no longer made. The only problem is they no longer make that furnace and AC. In only 2 days he located and received the board from Minnesota and installed it immediately. I cannot express how knowledgeable he was. The thing I valued the most was not his excellent service, but the fact that he kept me informed every step of the way. The repair was completed quickly. If you need HVAC service, I'd look here first. I will definitely hire him again should the need arise. Communication is critical to a customer and vendor and I give him an A+ on communications as well as his work."
