"Denis Dougherty of Philadelphia Brick & Stone Pointing worked over the weekend to fix the chimney that was causing leaks on rainy days and he fixed some sagging bricks. I was away when he worked on them but everything was fixed when I came back. It's been a few months now and still no leaks even with heavy rain."

"I hired MVA concrete to extend my patio in our backyard. The owner, Alessio, was very professional, friendly, accommodating, and prompt. He and his staff did an awesome job and I would highly recommend him and/or use him again in the future. Great experience."

"I highly recommend Funari Public Adjusters for anyone that has suffered damage to their property. They were very professional and responsive in handling my claim with my insurance company. They made sure that the insurance company paid everything I was entitled to, which was much more than I expected. I couldn't be happier with the result achieved by Chris Funari and his staff!"

"We feel that we received the best product for our needs from a very professional company. After receiving the OK, Brad's crew was out within a few days and the job was complete within a few hours. Considering the work being done, the basement was left quite clean and you would hardly know anyone had been digging outside. Brad came by before and after the job to check the work, and see if we had any questions. We gave Keystone Foundation Service an A for price, because in the scope of foundation work, they were fair priced. The amount listed, included any permits needed."

"<br /> Basements Love US came out in a terrible rain storm to address a water leak in my concrete basement. They identified two areas of trouble; my patio slab connected to the back of my basement and two vertical cracks 10 feet high.  They poured concrete and replaced the slab including a bell drain for drainage which came out very nice. Even built a stair that leads to the sliding glass patio.  They repaired the vertical crack by digging down to the bottom of my wall (excavated) and they used this waterproof gel, then filled the space back with dirt. It looks very nice. The waterproofing and concrete work came with a warranty which gave me comfort. They also sprayed the basement with a mold remediation product and did an OZONE treatment to purify the air. FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Camden, NJ

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
