"The men arrived on time. The original assessment was that the interior wall would have to be cut open and wainscoting removed then replaced in order to access the pipes. However they first tried to remove the faucet from the outside wall and were able to do so. The faucet was replaced at minimal cost and in a short period of time. He knows what he’s doing so that with some of these &0-90 year old houses you get someone who can make old and modern repairs. He’s neat and cleans up after himself.
