Don kept the work project within his estimated time-frame of four-weeks. Throughout the project, Don and his team showed up promptly each day at 7.30 am and worked straight through the afternoon. Don and his team were respectful, accommodating and focused on the project. There were three unforeseen complexities identified during the project in which Don clearly explained the situation, suggested several options for a solution and ultimately overcame the complexities. Incredibly, Don even stopped by a number of months after the project was complete to make sure we were fully satisfied with our new kitchen and flooring throughout the entire first floor. Don is extremely detailed and truly is a master of his many crafts. We are so happy we found Don and will absolutely call him for our next project.
