"Impressive quality of service The FRESH AIR FLOW Company was excellent to do business with for my HVAC unit which works perfectly. I got into contact with Ben Marga, owner of FAF at the beginning of my replacement project. BM is very knowledgeable and quick to communicate. All appointments were attended on time and in a very professional manner with email reminders and text messages before showing up from FAF with these 2 friendly and hard working technicians James Zegrino and Shawn Herbert. When it comes to the installation, I have never seen such meticulous and tidy work done in my time. Despite drilling through walls, they made absolutely no mess inside my house. Everything was done to a professional standard and well explained. They had great customer services and gave me a good indication of the most relevant unit to purchase and they installed it in a way so that it looks great, perfectly symmetrical. All in all I am very happy with the service that I have received so far and would definitely recommend them highly and worthwhile investment if you are looking to improve your comfort. "From our first contact with East Coast Comfort, everything was smooth and professional. When the estimator came to our house, he listened to our needs and presented options. We went up to the roof, so that we could find a place to position the compressor where it wouldn't be too close to a window so that we wouldn't hear much noise after installation. When installation day came, the crew was well prepared for the installation. While one person worked to route tubing from the inside unit to the compressor, another focused on running power from the box in the basement to the unit on the roof. The unit was installed perfectly. The price for these services was very competitive. We feel that we received a quality unit which was installed by a professional team. We've had the unit for about a year now. It runs quietly and has made our 3rd floor bedroom very comfortable. We couldn't be happier with the experience and quality of service that we received form East Coast Comfort."

"They came and "finished" on time. Unfortunately, they inadvertently damaged a critical part, so the actual finish was delayed for two days. (They were chagrined and offered to provide window units, but most of our windows are smaller than their units, and they didn't have portable units, so we suffered.) The installers otherwise did a nice job. Also unfortunately, the weather turned chilly, so we haven't had a chance to give the ac a workout, so we can't comment on the functional quality. (It does operate, but the day's weather wasn't stressful.) We did get a number of discounts/rebates and payment terms on this middle-of-the-line unit, so we consider the overall financials fine."

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. "We have used Vaughan for several years for regular maintenance of our heater and air conditioner units.  We usually take advantage of their pre-season service specials which are extremely reasonable.  They are a pleasure to deal with from their technicians (all have been good, but we especially like Dave) to their office staff.  It is easy to schedule an appointment (they give a 4-hour window, but can usually narrow that down on the day of service).  Technicians arrive on time, explain things thoroughly, and keep things clean.  Very competent and very honest company.  Nice clean trucks too.  I highly recommend! <br />"

"The service from Alliance Service Pros was fantastic! Tom Kensinger was my service pro and he delivered above and beyond my expectations. The flower bed in front of my house next to the foudation was very soggy and water was coming through the foundation into my house; assumed a water or sewer leak. Chalres from Alliance pros investigated the situation, throughouly examined the situation, checked all township/state codes and then provided a compeitive quote. Two days later Tom was onsite for the repair, it was around 90-95 degrees. He hand dug 6 ft of earth to uncover a broken water line in the foundation. Tom overcame serveral challenges with main water line shutoff not working, significant flooding while digging to get the job down. He also brought a change of clothes, before coming into the house to not muddy up my house/basement. He repaired the waterline outside and through the house and then sealed the water line and the sewer line in the foundation in and out. He took care on digging to separate the mulch and dirt, so upon refilling the hole he could leave it as he left. Lastly, he hosed down all areas of my porch, driveway and sidewalk. Basically looked liked it was never touched. He worked 12 hours and promised to not leave until we had water that night. I have never seen this dedication from a trade professional before and my long review is a return in kind for the level of work he showed my family. They will be my go to plumbing professionals from now on."
