"They came in with equipment and did the promised services that were indicated with the coupon/special. They told me that I had mold in my duct. They showed me  an already opened "mold indicator stick" as proof.    They offered to treat it for about $1000. After some discussion and a few back and forth calls to the company office they offered to do it for $499 that or any day I the future. This just left me wondering if I had mold and how could the price drop by half? Just don't know what to make of the experience to be honest."
