"Great-Stuart finished another job early and called to come over before our appointment. He cleared the clogged shower drain and advised that the drain should be cleaned every three years. How happy we were to see the water swirling down the cleared drain. We asked him for an estimate to do other projects and he explained that our building had cpvc which made it difficult, but not impossible, to safety change out the shower handle. He took the time to explain the material and how changing out the shower handle would be impacted with inwall piping etc. Not sure we understood everything but the fact that this young man took the time to patiently educate us with a challenging project was a big plus. Other plumbers may well have taken on the project, run up against an issue when the tiles were removed and then we all would have had a unpleasant surprise to deal with.
