Despite this, we were charged a $99 labor fee for the replacement. We do not understand why we were responsible for this charge when the failure was due to a defective fan that your company was already aware of and no longer installs. We felt we had no choice but to pay the $99 in order to have our radon mitigation system restored and functioning properly. "
