"They were very fast to respond to my call and were able to send someone within two hours. The replacement of the hot water heater went well. For the water pipes they use copper crimp fittings instead of soldering so it will be interesting to see how that holds up over the years. My only concern is how they ran the gas line. They use Gastite CSST which is fine, but the CSST is run so it goes downward then back up and then downward again before it enters black pipe that has a moisture trap. It seems to me that if there is any moisture it will end up in the CSST instead of the trap. In addition, there is a pretty good bend in the CSST right before it goes into the trap section. Also, Teflon tape was used on the all the joints instead of joint compound. I think I will get someone from a different company to come in and take a look at it."

"Peyton did a fantastic job installing the new tankless water heater. Very happy with the results and Peyton answered all my questions about the system."

"We were very pleased with this company. They responded extremely quickly and honestly went above and beyond what most would have done. As I explained that we were getting sewer gas in the basement. He explained what I could do to solve the issue if I felt comfortable tackling it myself. He was going to schedule an appointment to fix the issue if I didn't. As I listened to his advice I was able to fix the problem. WOW I was truly impressed that he would take his time to walk me through the process. Again would not hesitate to call him again. Also have mentioned this to others so when they need a plumber they know who to contact."

"Ended up not going with the install, other projects ran into the budget however, Leon was very curious, diligent, and professional. I would suggest him to others looking for a tankless water heater"

"Everything was done in one day. The new water softener does a better job and runs itself. The new Rinnai water heater takes up less space and is more energy efficient."

"Clean water solutions was a pleasure to deal with. They answered calls or emails promptly. Showed up when they said they would. The employee was courteous &personable. The install went well. No mess left behind. Very happy."

"Very happy with the team that installed my water system. Not only is taking a shower 10x better. But the drinking water is fantastic. Thanks Vinnie and Purefect Water Solutions. I would recommend them anytime!"

"I met Jeff at my daughter's house to have several things done: replace her ultraviolet bulb, replace her water filter, hook up her water softener (she had recently purchased her home), and her washer needed the P trap put in which she had purchased. Jeff did all those things and checked her well system (the tank needed air). I was so pleased with Jeff's work and so glad there is an Angie's list! I had an appointment with a water treatment co. to change my ultraviolet light and cancelled it. Jeff came and changed the bulb, checked out my water softener, and put air in the water tank (which was not done ever by the repair guy from the water treatment co. I've used for years). Jeff listed things that would need to be replaced on the well gauge and switch and softener down the road. My husband appreciates the pressure in the shower! Excellent work. Considering the water conditioning guys charge $196 for only changing the bulb, we will definitely use Jeff's American Clean Water each year."

"He came out within 24 hours of a reported water leak from our water heater just 2 days after Christmas. He took time to ask questions prior to the service call to gain a better understanding of the issue. He came prepared to resolve the leak, and was in and out in less than 30 mins. Very efficient and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to any of my family and friends."
